Anecdote 3
When I was younger, the best part of my day was when my Dad got home from work. He always had a the smell of fresh paint on him, as well as paint peeling off his forearms. He had a rountine. Went into the bathroom, washed his hands. Looked in the fridge and gave it a sigh. Opened up the mail, and asked me how my day was. He was drained by the time he got home, and I knew he wasn't really in the mood to have a conversation.

Anecdotes 1 & 2
Anecdote 1:
When my dad had me and my sisters, it didn't take him long to realize that the environment we were being raised in wasn't very stable. He gave up his marriage, thinking about his children and the potential future. He gave up his house and moved back in with his parents until he was stable enough to get a house, and find a good neighborhood for us. This also meant new job, and new adjustments.
Anecdote 2:
Every summer my Dad would take me and my sister to go out camping and jet skiing. He put much effort into doing things for us. Such as taking control of all the packing and unpacking. I look back and realize he did it most himself. he worked most of the time, so it was nice to have those few days with just him. He always made time for his kids.

Controlling Impressions
My Dad is a very dedicated Father. He stood up for us in times where it was needed. He made huge sacrifices for his kids, when my sisters and I were at a young age. For not knowing much about his newborns, it was a huge and very hard sacrifice for him. My dad sticks up for others when he feels he need to.
